Looking for a fun Halloween activity for the kids this October? The Halloween Kids Rave at Orion Hotel Springfield is bringing a family-friendly morning of music, dancing, bubbles, performers and spooky-themed fun to Springfield Central.
With colourful lights, energetic music and plenty of opportunities for kids and their grown-ups to get involved, the event offers a lively way to celebrate Halloween together without waiting until the evening.
Event Overview
The Halloween Kids Rave is a special Halloween-themed edition of the Orion Hotel’s Kids Rave, designed to get the whole family moving on the dance floor.
The event combines music and a party atmosphere with entertainment specifically suited to children. Families can expect roller skater and hula hoop performers, bubbles, fun lighting and music throughout the morning.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to join in rather than simply dropping the kids off, making this an opportunity for families to enjoy the experience together.

Visitor Information
The Halloween Kids Rave takes place on Saturday 31 October 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at Orion Hotel, 1 Main Street, Springfield Central QLD 4300.
Entry to the event is free, but registration through TryBooking is required. The organisers note that tickets are being used to estimate attendance and that people who cannot secure a ticket may still be able to walk in, although registering in advance is the better option while tickets are available.
Families should allow enough time to arrive before the 10:00 AM start, particularly if attending with younger children. Halloween costumes can also add to the fun, although families should check the latest event information for any specific costume requirements before attending.
The event forms part of Orion Hotel’s wider Halloween weekend program, which runs from 29–31 October and includes other themed entertainment for different audiences. The Kids Rave is the daytime family event on Halloween itself, before the venue’s evening celebrations begin.
