Ghost Tours are not appropriate for individuals under the age of 10, unless otherwise specified. Children below the age of 10 will not be granted entry to any tour, except when exceptions are indicated. We advise parents and guardians that these tours feature intense content presented through true historical ghost narratives, recounted with dramatic flair. The stories may encompass graphic and morbid subject matter, including but not limited to homicides, criminal activities, violence, fatalities, executions, and instances of self-harm. These narratives can evoke fear, unease, and distress, particularly among younger children.

For all participants aged 15 and under, it is mandatory that they are accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.


This tour is not suitable for individuals who rely on mobility aids or are unable to cover substantial distances without breaks. The tour encompasses the following:

  • A round-trip journey of approximately 1 kilometer, with no seating arrangements available along the route.

  • Wake shed Gates, Ipswich Cemetery, Cemetery Road, Ipswich QLD 4305, Australia Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour for check-in. Meet outside the main cemetery gates of Ipswich Cemetery. Please note, the gates overlook the shelter shed on Cemetery Rd. – Look for our Ghost Tours Australia staff member.
  • FREE street parking is available along half way down Cemetery Road. Refer to attached map for direction.
  • Please note it is illegal to be in a cemetery between dusk and dawn each day, unless operating under a site licence like we do. While waiting for the tour to start, or if you arrive early, please DO NOT wait inside the cemetery, please wait outside the gates at the allocated meet location. The cemetery will also be locked up during the tours, therefore no parking is permitted inside the cemetery.
